The Ranch House offers ample on-site parking for guests, a covered front entrance patio, and accessible restrooms to ensure comfort and convenience throughout your day. Inside, textured walls provide beautiful built-in photo backdrops, while heating and air conditioning keep the space comfortable year-round. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available, and our on-site staff is present during your rental to answer questions and assist vendors as needed. Bridal portraits and engagement photos are always welcome on-site. You’ll also enjoy a complimentary one-hour rehearsal during the week prior to your wedding (date and time subject to availability), along with a flexible floor plan and the option for an in-person layout consultation with your planner or coordinator.

Your ceremony includes full use of the venue for both your ceremony and reception, with the option to host your vows outdoors or indoors. The outdoor ceremony site features stunning views, custom-built wooden pews, and forever-green turf grass, creating a beautiful and consistent setting year-round. For indoor ceremonies, our team will handle chair setup and flip the space as needed to ensure a seamless transition.

The reception space is designed for comfort, flow, and effortless celebration. Setup and teardown of tables, chairs, and linens are included, along with round tables seating up to eight guests and white table linens with linen cleaning provided (napkins not included). Fruitwood Chiavari chairs with white cushions are included for indoor seating, along with cocktail tables for both the indoor space and veranda. A two-sided bar and designated gift and specialty tables complete the reception layout.

Our thoughtfully designed wedding suites provide a relaxing and private space to prepare for your day. The bridal suite features a stunning loft with abundant natural light, a private bathroom, a balcony overlooking the reception area, designated dress-hanging space, cozy lounge seating, and three makeup stations with hydraulic salon chairs. The groom’s suite offers a comfortable lounge area with a flat-screen TV and convenient access to the men’s restroom.dreams.

Couples are welcome to select their own vendors to best fit their vision. Caterers and bartenders must be state certified and venue approved. Client-provided alcohol is permitted with a required special event insurance policy.

The prep space includes a fully equipped kitchen designed to support caterers and vendors with ease. It features ample counter space, a spacious refrigerator and freezer, a double oven, and a convenient caterer’s service window for efficiently passing food out to the reception area.
