Tours of The Ranch House are by appointment only. You can either schedule an appointment through our online form found HERE or by emailing us at theranchouseevents@gmail.com.

Set up and take down is handled by our Ranch House staff.  Linens are included.

We have an open vendor policy and have created a list of local and surrounding area vendors for our couples to utilize or you may select vendors of your choice, but they have to be approved by our staff. All bartenders and caterers have to be licensed and insured. A list of our suggested vendors can be found HERE.

Yes, our wedding venue offers both a bridal suite and a groom's suite, providing comfortable and private spaces for both you and your wedding party to get ready. These suites are designed with your convenience in mind, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare for your special day in style and comfort!

To secure your wedding date a 25% security deposit and signed contract is required. The remaining balance will be split into customized payments and due two months prior to your wedding date.
